It is between pots and pans that the "family" finds inspiration for their creations. A big importance is given to freshness and seasonality, especially vegetables and fruits are daily fresh delivered. All pastries, soups, sauces and desserts are homemade avoiding the use of any kind of articial flavours. We pay attention all kind of cuttery and meat is coming from selected butchers and breedings of the region. We do also propose delicious meals for vegetarian, people on a diet or suffering from allergies.
The approach to the regional cuisine is re-interpreted and melted together with the new cooking trends for the creation of rafinated and sophisticated meals. No easy task, but a real tasting experience!
