Arrival and Departure

Your room will be available on the day you arrive from 15:00. An your day of departure we ask that you vacate your room by 11:00.

Our rates for children

Rooms/Suites

The suites can vary in size and furnishing from those shown in the illustration. A room with just breakfast you will receive a deduction of €10 per person and day. For single occupancy a surcharge of € 25 per day for a studio and € 55 per day for a suite will be made (available on demand).

Dogs

Contribution to costs: € 25,- per dog per day without food (please bring your own dog basket and bowl). Dogs are only allowed on request. Please note that your four-legged friends are not allowed in the restaurant and wellness areas. We reserve the right to charge for any cleaning fees required at the end of your stay.

In Sölden there is a "dog hotel" where your dog can be looked after for the duration of your stay. More information: www.hunde-pension.at or Tel. 43 / 664 / 414 40 69.

Smoking

We ask that you only smoke on the balcony in consideration of the guests which will use your room after you.

Cancellations

Cancellation of your room reservation without a cancellation fee is only possible in writing up to six weeks before your arrival date. Entrust us your Austrian holiday: simply work out your premium and book your insurance through the Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Early bookers know best!

Get advantage of 5 % discount on the room prices by booking your summer holiday (at least 5 nights) and 3 % for your winter holiday (at least one week) - this offer is not valid during Christmas and Carnival time.

Methods of Payment

At our hotel you can pay in cash, with a bank card or by credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard). Cash payments in Euros or Swiss Francs or using a bank card for stays of 4 days or longer, you will receive a holiday voucher to the value of € 25 per room.

Price advantages can only be claimed once per booking. we ask that you pay for packages in advance. Services which are not used by our guests will not be refunded. Please note that while it is possible to book room categories, it is however not possible to book a certain room or floor.
